A History of Tidal Energy

The main assignment in my Canadian Environmental History course is a service learning project for Acadia University’s Tidal Energy Institute. Our project is to put together a comprehensive overview of tidal energy, with a specific focus on the Bay of Fundy and Acadia’s involvement in developing this technology.  Student research focuses broadly on four topic areas: pre-industrial tidal energy, the Bay of Fundy, Acadia University and the Annapolis Tidal generating station.
